Advanced ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System: Practical implementation of GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000
The course aims to train on the basic concepts of the ISO22000:2005 food safety management system, including a practical implementation of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and ISO 9001. The training comprises presentations, workshops and exercises, teaching practical implementation and performing the function of a food safety manager.
The main objectives of the course are the following:
To describe the core requirements of Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS) which consists of the foundation of ISO 9001:2008 requirements, HACCP Codex Alimentarius and related food safety requirements.
To develop and implement ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP, GHP, GMP, ISO9001).
To build and improve food safety awareness and commitment.
